The Prisma☆Illya Alarm is not available in your region?
As some of you may already know if you are playing this game outside the US/JP, you can use a VPN app to bypass the region block to install the game.

I used the same method and it works for this just fine (I already confirmed that it works with Google Play). Some of you may not be aware of this so I decided to make this post in honor of a caritative soul that was kind enough to give me the opportunity to buy it (you know who you are, thank you).
Reminder: Do not use your Wi-Fi for this if possible, it may not work otherwise.
Install the VPN app of your choice and set it up to the region of your preference (I used this one and set it to US region)
Close Google Play Store if you have it open.
Go to the app options of your phone and force Google Play Store to close, so is not in the memory anymore.
Delete all the data and cache of Google Play Store (DO NOT UNINSTALL).
Now that Google Play Store is not working in any way shape or form, while the VPN is activated, open a direct link to the Prisma Illya Alarm app.

I hope someone finds this helpful, and If it doesn't work for you, try this method (the VPN mentioned there also works), a friend tried it and it works. This is also very relevant (my account had no payment history before this).
If you don't succeed on the first try, KEEP TRYING! It took me 2 or 3 tries until it worked. If one method doesn't work, try another one, if all of them don't work, mix them! Is all about trial and error. I wasn't the only one that was able to make it work, so there is no reason why you can't do it either!

Well, since the mods didn't come here like SWAT, I assume I did nothing wrong.. for now.
