Pros: None. For PC you'd be better off using a controller that isn't made by Microsoft.
Cons: Wireless adapeter doesn't work properly with Windows 7 although it is suppose to. Microsoft refuses to provide the proper support for their wireless adapter drivers.
Spent days on the phone getting transfered back and forth between Microsoft Xbox and PC departments who refuse to help fix the issue.
Other Thoughts: As a lifetime user of Microsoft products I'm so dissapointed with their serivce and trying to force people into buying Windows 10 that I will not be purchasing another one of their products.
Newest X Box controllers are also not compatible with Windows 7.
Other Thoughts: Dont use on USB 3.0 and youll be all set. I get driver errors only on this each time I start my computer and does randomly out of the blue at least once a week crash while Im playing. So keep it plugged into a 2.0 port and you'll be ok.

Cons: - The manufacturer warranty is only 3 months. For All Controllers. Mine started to drift on the left analog stick after 6 months. I tried cleaning with alcohol and didn't resolve the issue. So to sum it up, I now have an $80 paperweight. I'll hold on to it and maybe at some point in the future I can maim a Microsoft engineer with it
